SUP Pilates/Core: the class is on demand only (S$100 for private class; $60 per pax for 2 persons and above).

* All specialised classes are conducted on ‘all rounder’ boards. People can bring their own board and just pay instructor’s fees.

Vivian Neo is a formally trained professional instructor who teaches hot and regular yoga at popular studios across Singapore. With a strong interest in hybrid fitness, Vivian finds the stand up paddle board to be a challenging and unique practice that develops great strength, balance, and flexibility. In short, a total workout experience and ideal escape from busy urban lifestyles!

2. Core Challenge with Ivana Dortova = yoga+pilates+core

Ivana is a fitness professional and yoga teacher. She teaches high intensity muscle conditioning, aqua aerobocs and water fitness, Hatha and Kundalini yoga, pilates, gymstick pilates. She designed a special “Core Challenge” yoga, ftness and pilates class for the SUP School = must try!
