1) SOCIAL SUP GROUP

The social SUP group is an opportunity to SUP with like-minded people in a relaxed social environment.  A workout on a social level. If you enjoy SUP but don’t like to do activities alone then come and join us!

Who is it for?

  • You will need to have good flatwater paddle skills, which should include the following:
  • Good paddle technique and experience (at least 5 hours)
  • Good swimming level (be able to swim 200m at sea)
  • Ocean/open sea knowledge
  • Good level of fitness
  • Minimum age 18 years old

When? What time?

  • Every Wednesday morning
  • 9:45am meet for 10:00am start
  • 90 min session – Depending on weather and sea conditions

How much?

  • $40 all rounder (beginner)
  • $50 racing board
  • $10 for paddlers with own board

Minimum number of participants 4

Maximum: 15

2) SUNSET PADDLE

The Stand Up Paddling School Singapore will open from 5:30pm on the last Friday of the month.

Who is it for?

  • Anyone who wants to sunset paddle
  • Be a good swimmer
  • Not for complete beginner but entry level paddlers welcome

When? What Time?

  • Last Friday of the month from 5:30pm to 7pm (upcoming dates: 1/9/2017 – extra date public holiday; 29/9/2017; 27/10/2017)

ABOUT CELINE HIVET WHO RUNS THE PODS: A former French field hockey national and mother of two, Celine has been living in Singapore since April 2012 and left her job in the news behind when she left Europe. She took this opportunity to change her life completely starting with swapping indoor life for a healthier outdoor one.  She fell in love with Stand Up Paddle while watching ‘That First Glide’, she found the SUP school Singapore and after two years trained as a Stand Up Paddle instructor.  Celine is Life Saving, First Aid trained and she is a certified Stand Up Paddle Instructor with PSUPA (Professional Stand Up Association).
